The HKI Zhong-Shan Juan On Track to Be Completed Next Year

 

Taipei / September 20, 2016 – HKI Corporation proudly held a topping out ceremony for its new residential property, the “Zhong-Shan Juan,” on Sept. 20. HKI General Manager Michael Song presided over the festivities, which were also attended by the key members of the project’s team, including architect Chang Wei-che, Roger Wang of design firm AI Group, and representatives of Shen Cheng Construction and China Real Estate Management. Dignitaries from Chang Hwa Bank, Mega Bank and E.Sun Bank were also on hand to share in this important milestone. Destined to become a new residential landmark on Zhongshan N. Rd., the “Zhong-Shan Juan” is slated to be completed next year, and marketing of the property is already underway.

The 13-story “Zhong-Shan Juan,” which created a buzz in the industry when construction began in March 2015, was conceived with the idea of a creating a timeless residential treasure, Mr. Song said in his opening remarks at the ceremony. He expressed his gratitude to the entire engineering team for its careful planning and to Shen Cheng Construction for its expertise and professionalism, and praised their success in finding the perfect harmony between the “Zhong-Shan Juan” and the enchanting Zhongshan N. Rd. area. Because of that vision, the property is sure to gain renown as an ideal living space for Taipei residents.

Mr. Song also touched on HKI’s determination to take a long-term view of the business rather than focus on short-term economic considerations.
