HKI Dazhi Breaks Ground

Taipei / November 2, 2017 – HKI Corporation has dedicated itself to managing and developing property in Taipei for many years, backed by a commitment to sustainable corporate growth. In our latest project, we have teamed up with architects Hung Ming-Kuen and Shieh Yo-Shawn, China Real Estate Management, Shen Cheng Construction, and REPro Knight Frank to create the “HKI Dazhi” commercial building.

Dazhi is considered a “second Taipei downtown,” and its commercial property market has seen a clear upturn since Taipei authorities relaxed restrictions on property usage in its commercial and entertainment zones last year. HKI Corporation stands poised to emerge as a trendsetter in the area with this minimalist structure featuring an exterior of white stone, glass, and metal profiles. The building’s elegant simplicity combined with its attractive lighting and signage is bound to turn the “HKI Dazhi” into a major new landmark in the Dazhi commercial district.

This eco-friendly 6,610-square meter commercial space will have seven floors above ground and three below ground. When completed in 2019, it will be an ideal home to fashion-forward and trendy retailers, restaurants, or fitness centers and inject new vitality into the commercial zone near the Jiannan Rd. MRT station.
