HKI Ho-Li Residence held its Beam-Raising Ceremony on 30 September

 

Taipei / October 11, 2014 – The new residential project, HKI Ho-Li Residence, held its beam-raising ceremony at 10am, 30 September 2014. HKI General Manager Michael Song, together with Architect C. M. Chang, JDC Corporation Manager Masahiro Fujii, and China Real Estate Management Vice President Ms. Shieh prayed for successful completion of the project. Representatives as well as clients from the various industries were invited to grace the occasion and to witness an important milestone for HKI Ho-Li Residence. In Mr. Song’s opening address, he announced that the main structure of Ho-Li Residence has been completed. He believed that everyone would be impressed by the project’s unique design and high quality workmanship when it is completed in the coming spring. He expressed his appreciation to JDC Corporation, Architect C. M. Chang, and the construction management team from China Real Estate Management for their contribution to HKI Ho-Li Residence. He also expressed his thanks to Chang Hwa Bank for providing escrow agreement services.

Mr. Song pointed out that HKI’s persistence to uphold its quality in engineering and design, backed by its strong finances, forms HKI’s brand value. The partners of HKI work well together and help realize HKI’s promise to its brand, delivering a valuable asset to each customer.

JDC Corporation Manager Masahiro Fujii said that the beam-raising ceremony was a day worth celebrating. It has been 18 months since the start of the project in March 2013, and everything has been running smoothly, thanks to the teamwork between HKI and its partners. The day marked the completion of the primary structures, after which the project will officially begin the next phase to work on the interiors. JDC shall provide the best engineering technologies with rigorous project management practices to complete the last phase of HKI Ho-Li Residence.

The beam-raising ceremony for HKI Ho-Li Residence was simple yet solemn. The one-hour event was filled with light-hearted moments.
